Wine tastings

From the Michelin Guide
“A modern dining room and panoramic terrace act as the setting for the cuisine served here, which is Piedmontese yet decidedly innovative in style. On the wine list, we particularly recommend the estate’s flagship Efraim wine.”

Customer review on TripAdvisor
“A perfect blend of modern trendy and traditional place that melts into the nature and forms a place to be for some quality time. We had the chef choice menu 6 courses and it was really perfect. Local wine package to match which was in harmony with the food.”

The mediteranian coast

Customer review on TripAdvisor
“We enjoyed a wonderful dinner on a quiet night. To our surprise, we were seated at a large round table in a private room looking out toward Barbaresco. The sophisticated food, wine, and attentive service were all superb. It was a memorable evening.”

Old-fashioned grape stomping

During the harvest between end of August and end of September, any winery is in full swing. For extra fun there is the posibility to stomp grapes the traditional way. You go into the vineyard, pick the bunches of grapes and stomp them to juice into an old-fashioned tub. To follow the vinification process you will receive a bottle of your own crushed grape juice. Stomping grapes gives you even more of a feel for the craft of wine grower. Truly to be experienced (limited time and availability).

The wine farmer Roberto will give you a well-filled basket of delicacies. You select a nice bottle of wine from his collection and receive all the necessities such as a cloth, plates, cutlery and glasses. The food is conveniently stored in transparent containers. Other things to do

Piemonte is large and there is plenty to do. Below are some ideas. Maybe not to everyone taste, it all depends on how adventurous you want to be… One thing is for sure, Piemonte is truly yours to discover!

Antiques markets

Piemonte is home to some serious antiques markets. Undoubtedly Cherasco and Casale Monferrato are the most famous, but treasures can be found on many other markets too.

Combine an antiques market with a tour of the local town. All of them have beautiful centri storici (historical city centers) worth a visit. Andiamo!
